Egress Specialists meticulous attention to detail is what sold us. No one else could
compare. We especially like the style of window he uses without the glass blocks

passed city inspection as easily as you promised. The state came through for a state daycare license inspection and the
Egress Window passed with ease. In fact you knew better than I what the state requirements on Egress Windows would
be. Thank God you did because it needed to pass. And it did. Flying colors. Thank-You for going the extra mile or two
over here. It does not go unnoticed and I do appreciate it. My expectations are high and are rarely met, A.J. Branham

Thank you for the GREAT JOB you did on my Egress Window. Your price was excellent - the lowest of three contractors.
We appreciate how quickly it was done, and the nice precision fit. We have had other home improvement jobs which
always seemed to leave a big mess for us to clean up. But with A.J. Branham Egress Specialists job there was no mess
or dust in the basement and the yard was left cleaned with no damage to the lawn. We are now finishing the basement
and are very happy with our Egress Window. It provides great lighting and a nice accent to the room, as well as an exit in
case of an emergency.

Just a note to let you know how much I enjoy the Basement Egress Window that A.J. Branham Egress Specialists
installed for me. People are impressed when I show them I can open the Egress Window to let in air and then show them
the handle on the bottom that I can use open the whole Egress Window. With the Egress Window totally open it is easy
to get in and with the steps in the Egress Window Well anyone can get out of my basement easily. Also I could use the
Egress Window to take things directly into the basement instead of taking them down the stairs.
I was very surprised when you laid down plywood on the lawn to hold the machine when you dug the hole by the window.
The hole was deep enough to get to the drain tile below the basement and any water that goes into the Egress Window
Well will go into the basement drainage system. I also was very happy that the lawn was not torn up or damaged. The
area looked better after you were done than before.
It is very satisfying to know there are two routes out of my basement (the stairs and the Egress Window). I feel good
knowing that when I finish the basement it will be a lighter, brighter and safer place for everyone who goes there.
